Take a look at the 'Compatibility' section - there we are, OptiPlex 755! And yes, they are for Vista, but they work for Windows 7, too - at least they have been reported to have worked for the posters at the Dell forum referenced above. Click on Intel AMT HECI, v.3., A01 (like the first in the list of results, for R194010 Intel AMT SOL/ LMS, v.3., A01 for R194011).
