This worked for me because VSync locks the internal FPS of the game to the monitor's hard set refresh rate. Launch game and via launcher set monitor refresh rate to 60 and enable VSync. Scroll down and find 'Advanced display settings'.ĥ. Enter Windows display settings by right clicking on your desktop and selecting 'Display Settings'.Ģ.
